Round my middle is where I am most self conscious no matter how many exercises i struggle to get that shape. Well this actually works very effective seeing results almost straight away 10 mins a day. U need to really get your swing on to get the results 💪 10 mins of loud music helps motivate x be consistent it works x

Poor quality, snapped elastic
The elastic at the handle has snapped. No longer usable! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Only used for 16 days! Refund requested. Cheap but poor quality!

very helpful for waistline
i bought this because of busy ramdan routine i cant walk anymore so i decided to buy this for my 15 to 20 minutes exercise it belpes me alot with my waist and shoulders i used this for month and i can see clearly my clothes are getting so loose which is very amazing walk was not doing that much i never tried this machine before i am so much impressed with this i dont need to ho out just stay at home and 15 to 20 minutes before fasting my body is much nicer then before value for money very supportive
