Sliced/ grilled thin it replaces bacon, adding a LOT of flavor to a meal.Sliced/ grilled thicker for sandwiches etc.I used to think it was a toxic meat product from bad cow parts. It has evolved a bit from 30 years ago.Read the label. You may want Low Fat or Low Sodium.

Great to keep on hand
