I believe him, don’t get me wrong my doctor is great but this time he couldn’t help me the pain was there I googled all the ointments for knee pain read all comments and buy all of the most populars in comments some give me temporary relief and other ones didn’t work.. so I continue with my searching and just what? I found this knee massager the best investment for my knee pain is been a month now using the massager 2 times a day and the morning before my start and at night before bedHighly recommend 👍 I feel a lot improvement every day.Note I don’t have any functions problems with this device I follow the charging instructions and that’s all

Stopped working after 4 uses! *UPDATE*
Knees felt very good after using 4 times, but would not work after first charging. Just beeps 3 times & flashes the blue light. This is the second unit I've had that behaved the same. I am using a good charger that's used for cell phones & other devices. Any ideas what's wrong?Plugged in a standard low output charger to unit. It beeped once & is working fine now. Do not use high output "supper" chargers with this device - just the low powered units or it won't work!

Pain got worse
This device was easy to use. But, I had to return it because my knee pain got worse. I reread the instructions and found that if a user had vein problems, not to use it. I had a procedure on the veins on my legs. I was hoping it would help my knees. Sorry I had to return it.

Waste of money
Seeing a chiropractor and he told me these are a waste of money. They heat up and vibrate. Does nothing for the bone on bone. I'm have knee and back decompression done alone with uv light, laser and electric therapy. This does not work, don't waste your money on this item.

A unique smart knee massager that's fairly cumbersome, but works quite well ...
I wasn’t sure that I’d even care for this knee massager, but decided I’d try it out. There are so many assorted massagers out there that simply don’t work well (or not at all). We’re a household who are more into gel packs and heating pads than something mechanical. Out of the box there are only two pieces to contend with, the knee massager and a Type-C cable. There’s no 2A USB adaptor included so I had to provide my own.The massager only had a bit of charge so I charged it up for a few hours. I didn’t keep track of the exact time, but once it was fully charged, I was able to check the capability. The LED touch screen was quite responsive, something I appreciate as some take more pressure than I’d like. There are some things that need to be explained that include those long and short presses to activate a particular mode. The screen is actually fairly intuitive, however, the instructions are excellent. There are step-by-step instructions with visuals. The knee massager is rather cumbersome, but I was able to use the Velcro straps to attach it to my knee. I tried all combinations, checking out what I thought would work best for me. The heat is what they call a “low-grade heating,” which is exactly that. There’s some warmth, but nothing like a hot gel pack might provide. The infrared, I’m assuming, it a bit of a takeoff on the RLT Red Light Therapy, but I’m not sure. The various vibration modes are quite good. This smart knee massager was much better than I expected, but fairly cumbersome to deal with. There was some noise, but nothing I couldn’t deal with. I still prefer other types of pain-relieving methods, but do think this particular massager is better than many on the market I’m seeing now.SPECS:Material ABSCharge Time 3-4HSize 9.5 x 6.2x 5.6 INWeight 655gRated voltage 3.7VInput DC5V-2ARated power 10WBattery capacity 3000mAh
