I finally went back to tablets which are so much better because I am not swallowing any more capsule material and it has no bad smells from capsules. I realize many people say this BG Algae is nonsense, but I know I feel more energy with it, think better, and actually can play guitar much better when I take it. Cuts heal faster too, I have no idea why. I also take more if I plan to have a few drinks since it seems to reduce the effects of the drinks. The key to me, whether this has any effect is that you have to have good intestines/colon condition or it does not get absorbed so a cleanse comes first. Secondly, if you have some serious disease (which I found out with other people) it also tends to have no effect that you can feel. I take a lot of supplements, most of the others I hope they are doing something, this one I can actually feel results. I take 3-4 tablets first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, sometimes I take 5-6 if I think I need a big boost for the day. Myabe a couple of ours later another 6. I also suggest you buy Source Naturals brand (this one) because it is important how this obtained and I trust Source Naturals. Bottom line, I have first hand knowledge that it has a positive effect on my brain and energy and mood. I have been taking this stuff for many years. Do not take at night unless you want to sleep. The label says take one, but I doubt most people do. I do know that has to start with one before working up to more. Realize anything you eat or drink is at your own risk.

I did alot of research for supplements that can help with fatigue and the immune system and decided to go with blue algae. This brand seemed to have the best bang for your buck so I figured it was worth a try. Both me and my husband have been taking it for a few weeks now and he hasn't noticed any improvement. I havent noticed any improvement with my fatigue problems yet but am very happy with what it has done for my allergies! No allergy medicine has worked for me but this has drastically reduced all the symptoms. I live in northern Alabama and the valley is one of the worst places for allergies in the US. After forgetting to take this two days in a row I couldnt figure out why my allergies were so bad until my husband asked me if I wanted him to get me one while he had them out. A few hours later and my eyes had stopped watering and the sneezing stopped. This blue algae has also helped with more regular bowl movements so thats nice too if not too much info. Hopefully after taking it longer it will help fatigue but the improvement with allergies alone makes this worth it for me!

منتج سيء للغاية، لقد كان من الممكن أن يتسبب في قتلي من شدة سميته، منذ الجرعة الأولى شعرت بدوار وثقل وصداع شديد في رأسي، آلام في جسمي في كل مكان، اعتقدت أن هذه اعراض طبيعية فاحتملت لكني مع اليوم التالي اصبت برجفة واغماء كان الأمر كارثيا، توقفت عنه اسبوع وقلت لعل السبب آخر، أنتظرت اسبوع ثم أخذت كبسولة أخرى منه فعانيت من جديد من نفس الأعراض ... ثلاث أسابيع على التوالي وأنا أحاول أن أثبت لنفسي أنه ليس السبب لكنه السبب في جميع الأعراض المؤلمة هذا المنتج للأسف سيء جدا.
