The pieces are about 2-4 inches long and about 1-2 inches wide, so easy to bend and munch on. It gives a nice tang to other foods and goes well in soups, especially Miso. I just ike to snack on it. It gives a slight boost when I get a little dehydrated. It has a slightly green, slightly salty and slighty nutty flavor and it's sort of chewy. It's different than other seaweed products, but if you like sushi, you'll love this. I never feel bloated or "salty" when I eat it. Even my doctor says it's great!
