Created in 2003* these doll's have fast become a collector's dream! Theyhave filled a niche that until then, had nothing for people that like this look in a doll to purchase. Oh perhaps you could customize a doll of your own but THAT takes LOTS of work. Much easier to buy one! These dolls have attention to detail with tattoo's, piercings and Goth like styling. The edition's are limited to 5000 each with Series 7 current in 2008. All in all they are fun and VERY original. (*The series since then have sold out quickly.)PS. I wanted to add that although I can find no mention of it on the company's site THIS doll alone has 3 variations that I am aware of. 1)Red hair curled on the ends. 2) Straight REDDER hair and bangs. 3)Robe lined in EITHER red OR black...and we ALL KNOW how much collector's LOVE variation's! REALLY FUN ITEM ALL AROUND.
