Yes, I see absolutely no difference in quality. If anything, these are better, but I may be influenced by the fact these are so much less expensive. They are great! I have several sizes to store my stamps and dies.

Are you asking if this sleeve can fit inside the jewel case or if the jewel case will fit inside the sleeve? If you want to slip the CD disc into the sleeve and store it in the original jewel case, then yes, it will probably fit... though snuggly.

Yes, they will hold the mini cardboard covers designed to replicate LP covers. They will hold some gatefold folders but that is dependent on the thickness of the design. There are some cardboard covers that are sized more like a jewel case and these are too large and will not fit.
