Q: Can you use this for sunroof track?

I believe that you can. It is designed to lubricate the soft rubber moulding used to water seal tops.

I've used this GM Synthetic Lube for many applications, but not as a rubber preservative for my C6 tops. For lubricating rubber surfaces I recommend 'Gummi Pflege Stift' rubber care stick. It's made in Germany, but sold on Amazon. I've been applying it once a year and all my weather seal surfaces are like new. Leaves no residue either.
