I always receive quality products from this company and they arrives faster than estimated. This time my order arrived on 9//9 and it was estimated to arrive between 9/11 and 9/15. Very pleased!

This is a great kit to have on hand for water purification. Easy to use. Shipping from 1ness company was faster than I expected and arrived in dark glass bottles rather than plastic bottles like the picture which was a pleasant surprise. I have to report that, though the product was wrapped well inside bubble wrap envelopes, there was a small bit of leakage but I couldn’t tell from which of the six bottle (or more?) as all screw on tops appeared secure. But the inside of bubble wrap was a bit damp and the inside of the cardboard shipping box was stained in a few spots like it was bleached a lighter color. Overall I’m very happy with product but want the company to be aware of leaking so they can improve viability of packaging as I’m sure I’ll be ordering again sometime in the future. Thank you.

Part A drips a partial drop as soon as the bottle is tipped, without squeezing, and keeps dripping when fully upside down. Part B working as expected, but dispenses a larger drop. Part A (sodium chlorite) also leaked in shipment with dried product on the seal. The seal was uneven.

This product works amazing I would recommend and buy again

The first time I bought this product it was fine, both bottles had safety seal under cap. The 2nd time neither bottle had safety seal and contents leaked in box, also no stuffing on box and box was too small for bottles. I ordered a replacement, and same thing except more leaked out. Listen, I don't like leaving bad reviews, but you need to fix this. I'm trying another brand for now, let me know when you put the safety seal back and package the bottles so they don't open in box.
