Haven't used yet but is a quality product

I've used this brand before and there is no need to go anywhere else. Seller is very engaging in regards to providing plenty of information that makes my life easier in preparing DIY products. They carry other products that I'm definitely going to have to look into.

I live in Texas- room temp in the summer averages 73 degrees inside my house.I received my order on August 27th & I ended up not needing it until yesterday 10/22/22.To my dismay, I couldn't get the dropper to fill! I didn't hear anything in it when I shook it before opening it. I looked with a flashlight & it was nearly empty with a bunch of "hair gel" looking stuff stuck all around the sides & edges WTH!! Then I looked at the listing on Amazon and remembered reading that due to the coconut component it can be solid at room temp. Even warmed up, there's no way there was .5oz in that bottle- it was maybe half that at best. Fortunately, I had just enough in the last bottle of my preferred product to get me through this batch of body lotion.I am NOT IMPRESSED!! I'm sure this product works just fine, but every order should include a CARD with details & instructions lined out so people are not surprised by the appearance in the middle of formulating. I will not be buying from this company again - I might if my bottle actually had the amount of product that I had paid for. Glad I only got the .5oz sample size; I would be LIVID if I had paid for the bigger one
