I'm searching the Internet over looking for great tasting, affordable, no sodium spice mixes. This flavor of Bailan Nana's Chicken Spice fulfills all those requirements. There are two separate packages of the spices included. Definitely enough for two full meals.Full disclosure:I followed the directions on the package until it actually was time to start cooking. I put the chicken in a non-stick skillet instead of baking it. The resulting dish looked like a blackened dish ... and not because I burned it. It was beautiful.Pros:- The spice mix is rich tasting and it includes smoked paprika and ginger ... two of my favorites.- It smells amazing while it is cooking. It's one of those things that you want to try before you even know what it is.- There's a handy heat scale on the bottom left of the package that I always appreciate.Cons:- I found that the heat of the spice mix was a little hotter than their spice meter. How hot something tastes so depends on the individual. But even though I found it warmer, the heat did not overpower any of the other spices.I am going to order the other two spice blends from this company.

This is a wonderful Ras El Hanout blend. Used in a corn soup but cannot wait to try on lamb. Will definitely check out other blends and purchase again

I like this spice very much I used the spice for goat and beef stew.

We make a dry snack with the spice mix, adds new flair to Chex mix, regular potato chips, and tortilla chips.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a softer pallet for curry seasoning and this one was not too overpowering. Love that about this seasoning. Ordering this again, it went well with my turkey meatballs:)

They had sent the wrong one the first time but were really quick to send out the right spice. The spice is really good!
