I suffer from chronic and frequent incontinence, which adversely affected my skin. My district nurse suggested I use a barrier cream, so I chose this one, and I am glad I did.Delivery time: I ordered it late on a Sunday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday.Inside a cardboard box is a 500g sturdy plastic tub with a screw top lid.This cream has a lot going for it. It helps prevent sores and cools the skin on application. It is very creamy, soothing, and easy to apply. It contains Aloe Vera which is an antioxidant and helps with skin repair. I particularly like that its protection lasts for 24 hours, which makes me feel safe after I have put it on.A 500g tub goes a long way, so it is excellent value for money.

It done the job

Bought this along with phimosis rings as a pre-treatment to stretching my prepuce, which seems to have grown tighter with age. Using this has certainly helped in moisturising my prepuce, and allowing it to stretch naturally. I will be using the rings shortly, and will add to review when this is done.

Big tub lasts a long time as you only need a little. Prevents chafing, itching and skin irritation. Definitely recommend if you need to wear nappies.

I’m sure this is effective cream. However, the guidance given on the box is contradictory. It claims to “repair damaged skin and renews skin”, but also advises “do not use on damaged skin”. How can it repair damaged skin if it cannot be applied to it?? I have emailed the manufacturer TWICE requesting an answer to this question. I have as yet to receive a response.

My husband has vascular dementia & unfortunately has had to go into care. This cream works perfectly to protect his bottom etc. I ordered from this firm & it arrived within 24hrs. Good product, good service.

Within 48 hours of the first application and just 4 applications, this cream had worked magic. The pain from the irritated area was significantly reduced and at times was so comfortable, that I forgot about it! I highly recommend.
