Unlike Ben-Gay, Tiger Balm, or any other sports rubs, this Namman Muay massage oil (almost like emulsion) absorbs very fast. And it smells mentholated which helps breathing easier during training, shadow-boxing, and other cardio. This Namman Muay is absolutely required for all Muay Thai and other fight sports practitioners. Please do make sure you shake it good before applying it. You will notice the difference a lot better! Great for massage, as well as general aches and pains relief. Good for use after a work out, or vigorous activity.
