Took more sifting than I had imagined..

Hard to get white wheat flour also in less than 5 lbs. I used it to make several things and it was great.

Flour lasts a long time. This product expires in 4 months so it’s obviously been on the shelf a long time and the package looks like it. All worn, scuffed and wrinkled. When I tried to return, all I got was not eligible.

I made bread using a few basic ingredients and baked it in a dutch oven. I was unsure that it would turn out because the flour was soft wheat, which is typically for biscuits, cakes, cookies. It was, however, so delicious with a rich, nutty flavor. And for 3 lbs., $11.95 is good value for the quality. I'll definitely buy again.

I was hoping to use the soft white wheat flour to replace white flour in some baked good recipes. However, when I opened the bag I was dismayed to discover that it was quite coarsely ground, still leaving the husk, etc. in bits and pieces. I had to sift the flour to attempt using it, but it still had quite a bit of "bite" to it. This is fine if that's what you're looking for, but I was expecting a fine whole wheat flour. My hard white wheat flour is much more finely ground than this.

this is the best tasting flour I have gotten in years … amazing ! is it the freshness or because its made in smaller batches..? I don't know but I will buy it again … it bakes everything I have tried better than ever .. cookies... bread ( the BEST} pie crusts... cakes... yumm ...my next order is already on its way ...
