I have been using “Intentionally Bare Enriched Face Cream with MCT Oil” and I love it, so when I saw they also have a collagen serum I had to try it.I initially was using this under their face cream, but I didn’t really like the effect. It felt like it was too much firming and there was a weird effect of looking like I had more wrinkles, then I couldn’t get the cream on soon enough because it was almost uncomfortable. Then I discovered I could use it OVER their face cream and using it that way is wonderful! It’s like the face cream pre-moisturizes and then this serum gives a wonderful smooth finish and it’s like it protects my skin from the elements.The serum is clear as water and consistency is smooth and thicker than water, but not too thick. It goes on really smooth.The scent is wonderfully fresh and very similar to their face cream. It is a fruity scent with just a touch of spice. It is a scent I really enjoy and it is very unique and pleasant.This comes in a really nice pump top bottle. What I really like about the bottle is the top screws off, so when you get towards the end of the bottle, you can get every last drop of the wonderful serum out of the bottle. The pump top works really well and it has a plastic top over the pump so it doesn’t accidentally pump serum if you put this in your purse or travel bag.I think the price is very reasonable for the quality and effectiveness. I believe it is made in the USA out of LasVegas Nevada.

I found this serum to be way too drying for mature, sensitive skin. I can appreciate the lack of questionable ingredients in this product. I wanted to like it, but I found that even layered with another serum and/or moisturizer on top, it still left a dry feeling. It also left my wrinkles and fine lines more pronounced. Finally, the scent is a little strong and semi- unnatural smelling for having no added fragrance, although it goes away soon after use. 2 stars for some great ingredients, but 2 stars on drying out the skin and too much fragrance. Couldn’t find the expiration date.

This is a fairly rich serum that is not too heavy feels nice on my skin. I have the foaming cleanser and the facial cream, too so I thought it would be nice to try this skin care product as well. Of the three, this serum is the stand-out for me. I have aging, very dry and sensitive skin that tends to get dehydrated and rough very easily. This serum helps my skin feel smoother and well-hydrated and it does seem firming, on a temporary basis. I do have to take care to use only a small amount. The full ingredient list is not shown in the product description, which I find annoying. I want to know this information before ordering and I don't want to have to track it down online. Now that I have the product and can see what it contains, I do think the brand could do a better job providing information about the purported actions of the peptide(s) used in the product's formulation. The current price of $29.99 does seem a bit high for just one ounce of serum. The product is nicely packaged and arrived boxed and properly sealed.

This serum does not have a harsh smell at all like some others I have tried. It firms up my skin a bit without making things tight and gives me what I think of as a healthier overall look. And it does this at a reasonable price, especially when you look at the crazy high prices of some of the other options.

I got this for my daughter-in-law, and the following is her review:This serum has been working great for my skincare needs. I have been applying it after using the foaming face wash, also by Intentionally Bare, and following it up with their face cream. So far, this regime has been helping my dry skin. The serum is lightweight and leaves my face feeling silky smooth after every application. It soaks in fairly quickly and does not make my skin feel sticky or plasticky, which I like. I have not noticed any drastic changes in my skin's appearance since using the serum, other than my skin feels more moisturized and I have fewer breakouts. Overall, I like this serum and have been happy with this skincare lineup by Intentionally Bare.

This serum feels really great on my skin. I like to use a serum every day for at least 2 months before claiming what it can do for my skin long term but it passes all my immediate tests to want to bother using it long term. It applies smoothly and absorbs fulling leaving no residue behind on my skin, it truly feels like nothing is there. Even though it doesn't feel like anything is there though it sure does make a difference in how my skin looks. All of my fine likes/wrinkles from being too dry are all plumped out and not visible. I'm really happy with this serum and excited to see what kind of difference it will have on my skin over the next months.
