Worked Great
Bought several to hang entire track lighting system in our small store..... super easy to put up and adjust. Would of been nice to have a quick set of instructions on how to release the wire, but a few minutes of monkeying around with it, I had it figured out.

Solid product
Purchased to hang my aquarium lights. With a use of a drill I was able to attach the base to the strip lights and hang the lights. The metal rope has a rubber finish that helps the light to lock in place and stay secured.

Would have ordered it sooner if it had a better description
The description has great photos of the individual parts, but none of those photos show how the bottom threaded piece attaches to the object that you are hanging. The photos that I attached should make that clear- the bottom threaded piece has a hole that you pass a screw into.Also, to make the cable longer, just push the little plunger that is on the bottom of the top threaded piece where the cable goes through, then pull on the cable. There is no need to take it apart, contrary to what another reviewer wrote.Good product that is self-explanatory once you have it in your hands, but could use a better description if they want to sell more of them.

Crimps on Cable Failed
Overall, pretty easy to use and install. I would have had them at 5 stars, but about 3 months into having hung a light with 4 of the lines, 2 of the lines have failed and nearly dropped the fixture to the floor.On both lines, the point of the mechanism that failed was the small crimp on the end of the wire (on the product image, it's right past the suspension attachment). The light itself is less than 8kg - so I had assumed 4 wires would be more than enough to keep it safely suspended.

Rusty after couple months
Wrong description " heavy duty stainless.." .

Pretty solid, but incomplete
This assembly seems pretty solid for the panel hanging I’m planning for our ceiling, but the set of 8 came with 1 adapter cut off.
