So I’ve had high cholesterol as long as I’ve been getting regular blood work done. In September of 2022 i was 37 year old man 6’ tall, 272 lbs, I went to the gym 3-4 times a week and ate fast food very often I ate dessert (a crumbl cookie, or ice cream) probably 3 times a week. Well my LDL cholesterol was 196. I got it retested and it was 185. I immediately purchased this product and made some significant life changes. I’m still 37 I’m obviously still 6’ but I weigh 225 lbs and my LDL cholesterol is now (January 2023) 98. Now as a huge disclaimer, I now go to the gym 6-7 days a week, I use a sauna after my workouts for at least 15 minutes, I don’t eat dessert, I don’t eat red meat, I don’t eat dairy, and I don’t eat eggs, and I don’t drink alcohol. All of the things I love, but my health is more important than what I consume. I eat a lot more fish, and salads than I ever have and not only had my LDL cholesterol gone down after over a decade of increasingly larger numbers. My resting heart rate has gone from 70s to low 50s, my weight obviously is way down, and according to Apple my cardio fitness level is within a normal range. Overall this product almost certainly helped lower my cholesterol, but to be fair I made huge life changes. My doctor and the nutritionist he sent me to both said I would almost certainly not see any results this soon even if I did everything right because lowering your cholesterol (that’s been elevated for over a decade) takes a long time. Well I showed them and it’s with the help of this product.

MUST RECENT UPDATE:I just had my physical and my total cholesterol is down to 170! Everything, including triglycerides are in the normal range. This is after losing my mom about a month ago and spending the better part of the summer in and out of the hospital with her and not making great food choices. I use this product in conjunction with adding a Vitamin B gummy. My LDL is down to 95 from a high of 164 when I started this journeyUPDATE: I am now down 6 lbs and holding steady. LDL is down 57 points singce January, non HDL Cholesterol is down 56 points, triglycerides and HDL are back to normal since March. Total cholesterol is down 54 points since January, up 3 since March due to increase in HDL that was previously too low.After a holiday season of charcuterie and cookies, my LDL on January 27th was 164. These brought my numbers down significantly @ first. Once in a while, I open a package that only has 2 gummies, though. Quality control needs attention

These packages are very easy to open by tugging the slit at the top of each package. Take two per meal. The tablets are like gummies in delicious fruit flavors. I have used them for about a year now and found them to be consistently yummy. Very satisfied with the ease of use.

I've been taking this for a few years now. Until recently, my biggest beef was that there were too many yellows. But that's just a personal flavor preference. However, I'm now on my second box where the consistency of the gummies has changed. They are now softer and almost grainy and they feel wetter to the touch. It's unpleasant. I was hoping that it was a one-off with the last box, but they are the same in this new box. I don't know if the product has just changed, or if quality control is off, but it's making me not want to take them anymore.

Wow - combined with Genius Brand’s “Genius Heart”, fish oil, making healthier food choices more consistently (still had a few beers here and there, and a few unhealthy dinners), drastically increasing my fiber intake, closing my rings on my watch at least 5+ times per week (peloton, running, weight lifting), and drinking MUCH more water lead to a 30% drop in total cholesterol in 1 month. I’m 34 years old, so while I’m still young, I’m not in my early 20s or something to where I’d assume I could drop cholesterol levels like this so quickly. I ordered these gummies and the Genius Heart supplement on July 6th, so the results are only inclusive of these two supplements for a 12 day period - not even being on them for two weeks! This is also without statins or prescription drugs, so it’s possible that with a wide range of cholesterol lowering methods you can significantly lower your cholesterol without medication! I may be an anomaly, but I definitely believe these gummies played their hand at helping me!

Other than my high cholesterol, I'm in excellent shape. However, my last cholestserol check was 258, which is the highest ever. I'm usually well under 200. So, I bought these in hopes of lowering my numbers. About a week or two into taking them I started noticing a discomfort in my upper abdomen, and stools that were very pale in color (I know, TMI, but it's how we can judge digestive health). It scared me. Then I remembered reading a couple of reviews, where people said that their liver was affected by taking these. Since cholesterol is made in the liver, and bile is made in the liver, and bile is what is responsible for the color of poop, I realized this product was very likely the culprit of my issues. Time will tell. If things go back to normal after a while of not taking them, I'll know it was these. Wish I could return them but had tossed out the packaging. If you buy these, just be aware of possible changes in health shortly after you begin using them. They do taste good and are a pleasure to take (no pills to swallow), so I'm sad I can't take them.
