The seller I received this from, Portmanos, was also terrific to work with. I ordered the bag, received it within 2 days, and when I went to write a review, the bag was reduced by almost $30 and they agreed to give me a credit instead of my returning it and repurchasing it at the lower price! Love this Kipling tote bag! It's a great size and love that the sides tuck in if you want them to when it's not entirely full!
