Why the diffuser works only for a short period around 30 minutes?

Improper operation of add water or pour out water, which caused water go into the internal circuit board, triggering the machine to automatically shut down accidentally. Please keep adding water from the right direction.

Why the timer doesn't work?

Add too little water in the reservoir that not reaching the scheduled time and it automatically shut off when waterless. The diffuser has three buttons, if only press the "power" button, the timer mode won't turn on, need to set the "mist" button.

Diffuser is much larger than in picture? What is the product size?

The air outlet of the diffuser might be blocked. Please keep the diffuser on a level desktop and avoid placing it on any tabletop with blankets, otherwise, it may cause the air outlet to be blocked, the diffuser cannot operate normally.
