I bought this as a gimmick stocking filler for my wife but it’s ace really good. She’s started using it all the time. It’s quite well made, I can’t complain.

I have this cap and one with velcro.The cap does this job however annoying try to get on and then having face full of hair.My son who suffers with migraines prefers this cap so he is happy.Its great it can be cooled or warmed.Comfortable to lay down with it on according to my son.

Fits nicely and works well

I bought one of these to help with my migraines but found that in the freezer they are to painful and the fridge just isn't cool for long enough. So I bought another one and keep one in the fridge while the other is in the freezer. I used the fridge one first and get the other out the freezer and by the time I need the second one it's super cold but not so much it hurts.This also made the heatwave barrable as I used these on the children too.

I suffer with daily headaches and painkillers do absolutely nothing. I couldn't find any relief until my partner found this online. I did not have any hope but gave it a try as nothing else was working.Once delivered and opened it and put it into a food bag to prevent the freezer smells going on the cap (nothing worse when you have a headache/migraine and can smell food), leave it to freeze and the following day gave it a try. Yes it's cold! I could only tolerate it for about 5 minutes and then needed to take it off but it relieved my headache, once removed I folded it and placed it on the back of my neck below the back of my head and this continued to relieve my head.When wearing it you can have it cover your eyes and fold it up so eyes aren't covered.My only negative is, I don't think it stays cold long enough and for this I think it could be cheaper.Overall I would recommend as it has still helped me and I find it useful. If it was cheaper I'd probably have two so I can alternate them in the freezer.

Bought this specifically for the 'velcro wrap around' feature as when I'm having a migraine my other cap feels to heavy, to get this one & it's sooo tight fitting (makes my head hurt more from wearing it!) the gel is only on one side of the cap, the 'relief' lasts about 3mins if that and then have to take the cap off..waste of money & not happy the fact what is advertised & what I paid for is not what I received.

This is not the adjustable strap stated. The cooling thick gel like product only goes across the front of your face as you slide it over your eyes. It is not wrap around your head with a velcro seal. Completely false advertising!

No es magico, pero si que consigue reducir el malestar y dolor, aunque solo el frio, no es suficiente, pero alivia

Je l’ai mis au congélateur et je sais que le froid apaise mes migraines ce masque soulage donc la douleur cependant il est extrêmement froid donc peut-être le garder juste au réfrigérateur suffit. En tout cas il est bien conçu pour moi

Idea eccellente, peccato sia scoppiato la terza volta che è stato messo nel microonde per usarlo -come previsto da istruzioni- x terapia del caldo...

Ich habe die Packs noch zu Zeiten gekauft, da haben sie 25 Eur. gekostet...auch da waren sie für mich ihr Geld wert- nun nur noch 10Eur - perfekt.Ich habe mittlerweile 7 und verschenke die an Kollegen und Kolleginnen die auch alle mit Migräne zu tun haben. Ich lagere diese in der Gefriere und in Kombination mit Medikamenten (wenns echt schlimm ist) aber vor allem Ruhe und wenig Licht- sind sie für mich unverzichtbar geworden. Die Kids benutzen sie wenn es ihnen zu warm ist. Klare Kaufempfehlung

Infilato in testa si può mettere solo per qualche minuto, ossia quando inizia ad essere meno freddo (15 min dopo averlo tirato fuori dal congelatore) e resta freddo in testa per una decina di minuti.
