Having researched K2,I find that it is important to take with...if you are taking vitamin D3 as it helps the calcium to work into the bones rather than line the arteries.

I’m a happy customer I’ve been using vitamin k2-mk7 for a few years now and only use brands that contain natto so far so good with this brand I like it and will continue using it as long as the price remains quite reasonable I’ve actually come from another brand I love and had been using for years to try this I highly recommend you try it

Good and easy to swallow

This product arrived on time and well packaged. I have atherosclerosis and I heard that Vit K2 was beneficial for this condition and I want to avoid taking statins. I have only been taking these tablets for 1 week so I can't comment on the results, hence only 4 stars.
