They suck!! Never mind I changed my mind!
These are five star when used with the recommended wire. I tried using them with 18 and 24 AWG wire I had, and tried to readjust and make contacts work, but no matter how hard I tried they would not work. I almost gave up on it until I decided to order the recommended wire. Then without even trying they worked perfect.

Waste of money and time, not what I look for in a "quick" connector
Doesn't work. Tried multiple clips on multiple different strips. Got one set to actually light up as long as you held onto it in exactly the right position, as soon as you try and set it down or put it in place it lost connection and the lights go out. If I'd have just soldered them I'd be done by now and have functional lights.

Could not make consistent contact.
Didn't work with the waterproof strip lights I ordered. Not sure if they were silicone covered (which mfgr specifically warns against) but I could not get consistent contact on either the wire or the LED end. Ended up ditching them.

They work, sort of.
These are the easiest way to attach to wires. Soldering is difficult with the plastic housing the LEDs. The wires do not attach as well as a soldering though but it works. The wire side of them is a bit iffy. Problem is the thin wire doesn't connect well. I tried everything short of soldering it, even folding the wire over on itself but it is just a touchy connection.

Best LED Strip Connector EVER!!!
I'm writing this for my husband, who is a contractor...he said: "I almost didn't buy these because they had received bad reviews. I'm so glad that I risked it and tried them anyway!!! We use LED Strip Lights for under cabinet lights in the kitchens we install, and in principal these were EXACTLY what we needed. But as I mentioned, they got horrible reviews. After seeing what my dad experienced, I think the reason why these got bad reviews is because of user error (no offense). My dad had tried and tried to use these, and couldn't get a successful connection. However, when I use them, I've had 100% success rate. And once I finally showed my dad the PROPER way to use them, he has much better success with them. These things work EXACTLY as described! The trick is, on the strip-end is to make sure that the strip is back in the clip the entire way; and that's difficult to do because you have to lift the strip side of the clip a full 90 degrees, and it feels like it's going to break, but it doesn't. Once you have the strip in, then you can snap it down. And a big problem that my dad had was on the wire-end of the clip, he didn't ensure that the 2 wires were IN the tiny channel...one wire was always slightly out and prevented the clip from crimping the wire. But if you ensure to install it properly, we had a water-proof, and very secure connection. THESE WORK AWESOME!!!"

Worked great!
Worked exactly like they should. I used them to connect my waterproof LED strip lights, for under cabinet lighting. It took a little research on which connectors to use, these were perfect!. Just make sure to match the connector with number of pins your lights have. Also, make sure to keep your wires consistent with matching + and -. You'll see along the edge of the lights where it's marked on each side. I'll list below what I used. (BTW, I did not receive these for free or at a discount for my review, I paid for every cent!)LED Lights: B01N4B6TJ5Remote controlled dimmer: B01EXXFMSOWire 20awg: B009VCZ4V8

So far so good with these connectors
My leds on my motorcycle are still shining bright. I tried to solder connections before, and the connections vibrated apart after a while. These connectors are durable and so much faster than trying to solder onto led strips without burning through.

Not worth ten cents, let alone ten bucks!
I read all the reviews and believed the ones saying problems were user error and explaining the actual user errors. Unfortunately, these just plain don’t work. The worst part is that I cut out a segment of installed and working LED strip to install these and some wire where adhesion was an issue and the installed strip was sagging under its own weight (a section where cabinets join but don’t have a smooth, finished surface for the 3M 468 backing to adhere to), so now I have a section that isn’t working.I’m going to have to solder wires into place now on LED strips that are already installed, or I’ll have to uninstall what’s there and install new ones. These were used according to directions, on the correct type and size strips and wire, and locked down as they are supposed to be. Luckily, prior experience has taught me to only buy stuff sold or fulfilled by Amazon, so returns shouldn’t be a problem, even if I have half a reel of wasted LED strip now.
