Just the thing for Jeep WJs
If you're struggling with a WJ that overheats with the stock electric fan, you are in the right place. Fits like a glove on my 2000 WJ. My Jeep was always on the verge of overheating when stuck in traffic or anytime I was sitting for a long time. I elected to remove the stock fan entirely. Then I added a slimmer universal electric fan directly on the radiator, with this fan on the engine. I added the electric fan in case the missing fan triggers a dummy light. So far, so good. Jeep stays dead on 190F. It's a tiny bit louder, but I can't detect much of a hit in performance. Best fix ever!

Perfect for Jeep WJ 4.0L!
There are MANY combinations of clutch fans and blades to add a mechanical fan to Jeep WJs. I settled on this blade paired with a Hayden 2794 clutch fan and used four M6-1.0x12mm bolts. This combo fits perfectly, runs quiet, doesn't sap noticeable power and cools great! I'm talking when stationary temperatures DROP, the opposite of what it did before the fan. The factory electric fan was left in place and functional. Having taken the fan shroud off several times replacing the factory electric fan this WOULD have been a 15 minute job for me. I spent 30 minutes trying to thread it the wrong way lol. From the front of the vehicle it threads on like any bolt (clockwise to tighten), it is NOT reverse threaded like I thought it would be. Get yourself the thin $20 clutch fan wrench even though not really needed to install.

Have a 2001 Ford sport Trac and notice that the fan blades were starting to crack so bought this one to replace it with it's worked great ever since helping keep the truck cool works good

Exactly what I needed for my Jeep
I did a conversion from an electric radiator fan to one of these fans used with a fan hub to mount it to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and it is working great. Followed the directions found on a YouTube channel, ordered the parts, installed it, and it was everything and then some better than I expected.
