I started taking this supplement mainly for the fertility positives and I read it helps with mood support. I have had so many positive outcomes with this supplement. One of the two major pros have been improved focus & zero cramps during my last cycle. I have had cramps during every cycle I’ve ever had, not this month. And the only thing I have really changed is the addition of this supplement. I also noticed that my hair is better, skin and my muscles feel better after workouts. It's proven to help you cognitively and physically.
