This cart is great. Very simple to assemble. It glides in any direction. I do wish it had a solid deck but it is great.

This dolly was atrocious. It took my husband an hour and a half to get it out together because of the difficult space you have to fit your hands and the tiny alley wrench to get them attached. Plus there are no actual directions. 90% of the time you couldn't get the handle down to fold it all the way. It would tip and the bungee cords were so long that things could stretch them and fall off. And the worst part is that the very first time I used it I made it from my car to the setup area with one load of things and realized I already was loosing bolts! By the time I finished setting up my booth I had lost 10 of the 16 bolts which kept my wheels on! It was unusable for taking my things back to my car, so I had to do trips by hand. One wheel only had one bolt! I looked closer and it seems the bolt heads are just barely big enough for their holes. So any little jostling and they fell right off! You'd need some washers to make it work but then the bolt post would be too short and they should have included them in the package for the price I paid. Long story long, I returned it. Would never ever repurchase or recommend.

The cart is very sturdy and easy to roll. My only complaint is the instructions to assemble are awful . they don't have any on line assembly instructions either. Come on guys help us out. If you are not mechanically very adept get help to put it together. Once the struggle of that is over you'll love it.

EXCELLENT CART BUT***THE DIRECTIONS . . . WHAT DIRECTION???IF YOUR MECHANICALIY PROFICIENT AND CAN VIEW THE VID TO KNOW WHERE PARTS ARENEED A ELECT DRILL FOR FASTENING SCREWS - STILL NOT EASY BUT U CAN DO IT.AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE . . . I WOULD BUY AGAIN AS THE CART IS VERY GOOD FOR WHAT IT IS.

I ordered this cart to move around a 10" Dobson Telescope, It looked similar to the one HF sells, so I took a chance. Bad decision. The supplied hardware for installing the wheels was a joke. It was missing spacers and nuts. The hardware it did have was as soft as putty. I had to supply my own hardware. The instructions are garbage too. It'll work for my purpose now that I put some time into it, but don't even think about putting more than 75 pounds on it. It's flimsy when extended. I typically don't bother contacting a seller of crap like this to make it right. It should have been right to begin with. It's just not worth the aggravation. Buyer beware.
