Too much stevia. It is way too sweet. It would have been great to have an unsweetened version to allow people to add the sweetener of their choice

taste is good but it takes forever to dissolve/mix. i use it in hot water or coffee and it remains clumpy after mixing for what feels like forever. not trying to bring out my blender every time.

This collagen bone broth is time consuming to stir and get all the chunks dissolved as it tends to not mix great and becomes chunky on top of your hot beverage. It just takes some extra elbow grease and the back of a spoon to push the chunks against your mug and mix until smooth. Then you can blend it with a handheld brother for a quick foam up and it's wonderful! Tastes rich and creamy, no complaints.
