We purchased this camera for a conference room and initially, the video looked great but the speakers didn't work at all and just put out static. That wasn't a deal breaker because we had a table conference speaker/mic so we weren't using the speaker from this camera, but in the last two months, the video has been choppy (lost frames) and will occasionally freeze completely. This happens on different computers and on both Zoom and Teams. If the camera works it looks great, but this one doesn't last long. Update: The support team reached out and blew me away with their effort. They replaced the faulty webcam and I've been testing it and all of the issues are resolved. I couldn't be happier with this product - and more importantly - their support team. The video quality is great (way better than a logitech of comparable price) and now the sound is quite good for a conference webcam. It's still a bit limited for audio, but works great for us.

This camera works fine. Uses it for a zoom conference meeting. Displayed on a 98” TV. The picture quality is good. There is an issue with the mic and speakers. The can conflict with the computer. I have an apple and had to make sure my setting were correct. Once I set it to computer mic and speaker everything worked.

Bought in May for our small conference room. Once the conference room was ready a month or so later we installed the webcam and tested it. Everything seemed to work properly. We started using the webcam a few weeks afterward and its never worked properly with Teams. The camera cuts in and out. Sometimes an hour in the meeting sometimes 5 minutes in the meeting. The mic worked the first time and never afterwards. We got our IT department to work on it here and there when we needed it but it never seemed to work. because we tried doing everything we could to make it work, we are now pass the time to return or refund. I wouldnt recommend using if you plan to work on teams. The service team contancted me to help replace/refund the product.

I have received a response. This company is going to replace the defective camera with a new camera. I am so pleased with this company.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I am very disappointed in this camera. Purchased to work at a nonprofit for small conference room and it does not turn on and recognize my laptop when plugged in. Have to plug in and take out multiple times for it to recognize and work. The camera and speaker will also cut out in the middle of Zoom. Camera does not work in Slack huddle. When the camera and speakers work, it's great. Unfortunately its a 50/50 if it works or not. I have purchased way cheaper cameras that work much better than this. Would not buy again nor recommend, especially at this price point.

Product arrived and is inoperable. Does not connect.

I work remotely, and consequently attend a lot of virtual meetings. I wanted a camera-speaker combo unit to sit on my middle monitor so I wasn’t always seen from an oblique view, and to offer an improvement over the laptop’s internal speakers. This fit the bill, and the set up was pretty simple as well. My only complaint is that the camera does not have a zoom feature, as it seems to have a great wide angle to get entire rooms, but there is no way to tighten up the view to a single person. Otherwise, video and audio are great.

Use for conferences. Work great. People can hear you and see you. Easy to set up.
