I applied this to the window outside my studio and it's working! People are snapping up my Menus and booking appointments..EXACTLY what I wanted!The acrylic is crystal clear.. I used my label maker to create a "Please Take One" sign to stick on the top and because the top is white, you can actually see the sign! Comes with 2 long stickers to adhere it to your window and an alcohol wipe to wipe everything down first to ensure proper adhesion.

I ordered this in December 2019. It’s been updated somewhat from the product photo, at least the photo shown at that time. The lid overhangs the front of the box by about a half inch now, which is great since it makes it easier to lift the lid. The fragile plastic hinges have been replaced by a flexible price of plastic. The acrylic is crystal clear, that I really like. The other available plastic real estate boxes seem to have white or other color lids which I think makes them look cheap. This box looks high class. Will have to wait to see how uV resistant it is to clouding.

I received this tri-fold brochure size and the 8x10 flyer size. The "flap" on the tri-fold flyer one arrived broken. We read in the reviews that this had happened to others, but decided we would give it a chance. I don't believe it is a product issue, it is strictly a shipping issue, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Though it had one layer of the tiny bubble wrap around it, a little better protection for shipping is needed. I will be returning it and requesting a replacement. Fingers crossed they change shipping material.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! We bought two of these and each one the adhesive stuck to the wall but it didn’t stick to the brochure holder. The lids on both broke when they fell (both fell within 24 hours). This was a huge waste of money. NOT HAPPY.

Lid was broken upon unpacking. No predrilled holes, tape will not hold up in the elements outside. Going to attempt to drill a hole to mount and hope the flimsy plastic doesn’t shatter. If it doesn’t, it should serve its purpose.

quality is good. I screwed it on to the side of the porch so no one can steal it. I sell honey and put my brochures in it. It is much better than my uncovered last holder. I like it and so will you. I feel it will last much longer and keeps the brochures out of the wind.

Using as a place to put pen and paper for folks to write a private messages to be read in church. Kept outside and works great.

REally like this quality of this - only there's no holes upon which it would hang on screwe on the back. Only spongy tape.Were going to try to drill holes in it so we can put this on poles at our county park and rides, wish us luck
