Excellent soft close drawer slides
Blum is a bit tricky product to buy... Turns out I did not need to purchase the L brace piece that installs the back end of the slide; found them in the hardware box once I opened them to install. Excellent quality as expected from Blum.

Very Pleased! Fit and works perfectly.
The media could not be loaded. I ordered several of these to replace several of the ones in my kitchen that were 13 years old. Some of the drawers were not soft closing properly. They were an exact fit and work perfectly. One of the mounting screw holes in the release mechanism was in a slightly different location but was very easy to move.

Cheaply made
I opened the box and was very excited to start using it. Howe, the components are made of cheap plastic and broke before I even had a chance to try it. I just shipped it back and received a refund

Missing pieces and missing instructions

Not Enough Screws
I haven't finished installation but am mounting the drawer slides in the cabinet where the instructions show orange dots for required screws. I am 10 (ten) #6 x 1/2" screws short. Now, I have to waste a half hour and go to hardware store to get 10 screws because they didn't include enough.

Difficult to work with
Product instructions were vague, no real guidance in instruction on how to install the latch. Had more problems than expected with installing these slides and latches. Soft close worked on 9 out of 10. Never could figure out the problem with #10. In my view they are over priced and take an inordinate amount of time to install.
