This is a must have for all you Ford Bronco owners. I installed this on my 2024 Outer Banks in 15 minutes and it actually raises the hood higher than the stand which is nice. Highly recommend

Indeed very easy to install and works flawlessly! So nice to have the hood lift effortlessly and prop up with the rod.

I absolutely love this set, especially considering other brands charge nearly twice as much. It was easy to install, though I took off one star because the instructions were inaccurate regarding bolt sizes and the images were unclear. I handle my own maintenance on my Bronco sport, and it's great to have that extra space under the hood.

Installation was simple and straight forward. A couple of metric sockets and someone to hold the hood open wide while you push the sockets in is all you need. Opens and closes easily and holds hood open a lot more than the prop rod. Good functional addition to the Bronco.

I honestly believe one would need to work hard to screw up the installation. Granted the instructions were a single, double-sided photocopy, but they accurately showed all the steps. Moreover, just from looking at the parts one could figure out the installation. I took me all of about ten, maybe fifteen, minutes to attached these to my car.These work exactly as expected. Due to the length of the '21-'23 Ford Bronco Sport hood, the hood does not automatically raise when the latch is pulled. Doesn't matter in the least. Once you start lifting, these very quickly take over. What I really appreciate is the extra five or six inches of headroom under the hood. These gas struts lift the hood all the way up. Also, not having to deal with the prop rod is nice.One final advantage. Because the Ford Bronco Sport hood is made out of aluminium (I agree with the Brits on this spelling), there tends to be some hood flutter when on the expressway/highway at speeds about 50 mph (80 km/h). It's not super bad, but very noticeable when driving 65 mph or higher. These lift struts kind of tame this behavior. It's a lot less noticeable when at highway speeds, this this is definite plus.

First, once you get them installed they work great. The area where you remove the screws is much tighter and harder to access than the video makes it appear. I'm a big guy with bigger arms/hands and had a tough time getting them in there to remove the wire clips and get the bracket situated. Took much longer than I'd like to admit. If you're like me, get a friend with children sized hands to help.
