Excellent athletic tape for supporting joints and areas that are weaker due to injury or age or whatever.I have used several different types and this brand has been working great on my often sensitive-to-adhesive skin. I wrap my ankle well enough to do TKD and soccer (I'm an older dude with a ton of injuries from serving our over capitalistic country thinking I was serving the values of my US Constitution) and joints whenever performing other feats of physical athleticism.It goes on easy, stays on when you need it to, then comes off relatively easy with minimal struggle or discomfort.

We have collies and I guess I may be spoiled from always taking the Japanese tape and then moving to this when I ran out. This has very little stickiness and will take together until the dog shakes their head and then all your work will fall apart. Do not buy.
