It cooked the meat and was fast so we could keep going. Cleaned up nice, would agree that it needs the coating on the under side.

they are super non stick and work great but aren't holding up very well to travel with for camping.

It does the job, but not sure if it’s less toxic. The tongue comes in the set was not so good

My first BBQ plate had a stone center. It worked great but was very difficult to clean. This one works just as well and cleanup is so much easier. I just bought a second one so we can have 2 or 3 BBQ plates going for a larger crowd of friends.

This is awesome. You have to have a gas stove and a good hood. It does smoke when cooked indoors. Otherwise, great Korean bbq at home

As much as I would have preferred the grill to be flat, this accomplishes a lot more than I had expected.I use this indoors on my stove top grill. Because the design has slits flowing down, it captures and stops any oils/fats/grease of appearing on the stove top itself and catches it in it's own cistern.The distribution of the heat is even, it cooks whole cuts as well as thin slices with equal distribution.Super recommend since prices for paying to cook your own food is going up, you may as well start marinating and cooking in your own home.
