Great book Review: This is a great read for any perimenopausal or menopause person looking to understand what’s happening with your hormones during this stage in your life as well as how to use that information to get your body to be strong. Has great info for women regarding intermittent fasting and how women’s bodies don’t respond like their male counterparts. Highly recommended.

This is a great read for any perimenopausal or menopause person looking to understand what’s happening with your hormones during this stage in your life as well as how to use that information to get your body to be strong. Has great info for women regarding intermittent fasting and how women’s bodies don’t respond like their male counterparts. Highly recommended.

This book is helping me educate myself about diet, supplements and exercise as a woman. I've had lots of aha moments while reading it. I'm sorry that older generations of women have had to endure so much.

I absolutely love this book! I purchased two different ones from Dr. Stacy Sims and there's some overlap, but I highly recommend both! Although she's focusing a lot on menapouse and active women, every woman should read this regardless of age or activity level. It's full of information about how women's bodies work, how we change over time, what we can do to stay healthy and active throughout different life stages. Both books have a great combo of theory and practical advice around nutrition and physical activity with detailed plans and examples.
