Lots of reviews of this leaking. I also had that problem. Here is the fix. Take off the gasket and put a rubber band that fits good inside the groove ( I just used one off the bunch of asparagus I had bought at the store ) and then put the gasket on over the top of it and no more leak!!!

I’m very disappointed that the pitcher leaks and it was so expensive! It does work. It is better than the original one that melted in the dishwasher and was completely unusable. Ultimately I believe that Samsung is at fault for selling such a problematic refrigerator. I have had multiple problems with the refrigerator.

The original leaked pretty much from the beginning and was having a hard time seeing it properly lately so replaced with this one and has been great so far. Highly recommended for those having the leaking issue.

10/10 fits like a glove. If your having an issue bcuz its leaking, its bcuz u havent put on the rubber sealant around the top. Open up the top and inside is the rubber sealant that you have to put on yourself. After that, no leaks and works fine.

I have had this pitcher replacement for a few months now and after the first month it started to leak. It’s progressively getting worse so I am now looking to purchase another one elsewhere. Waste of money.

PSA - do not put in dishwasherI replaced my pitcher that came with my fridge because we washed it in the dishwasher. This is one very expensive and it leaks. Fits in the fridge but it leaks.

To all those reviews that say it leaks. Open the top of the container take out the rubber ring and fit it onto the bottom of the white top and it will fit perfect

This item arrived without the white stretchy seal that fits into the groove on the bottom. Without this seal it leaks every time you pour it. I was able to harvest the seal from my old pitcher which was broken. But a replacement this expensive should certainly come with all the necessary parts. (See photo above of the seal in place for reference)
