This little towel is perfect for the gym. So perfect I had to give my workout buddy one! And am ordering two more sets for other people. It was so simple. I simply wet the towel wrung it out an put it around my neck. When it started not feeling cool I took it off, snapped it and it deactivated the cold sensation. Voila

The towel material is good, lightweight, and light enough to hang around your neck while running or working out. But with the lightweightedness, it doesn't hold much liquid, so if you sweat a lot, I'd recommend a thicker towel.In terms of the shape, although I understand why it needs to be elongated so you can hang it, it is oddly a bit too thin for me and makes it very awkward to wipe with. The thinness of the towel would cause the towel to roll into a noodle and makes it awkward to wipe sweat while running.

Ah yes more Chinese riddles. Back of the package under specifications says "machine washable". Then at the bottom in small print it says "don't machine wash".Should work as sweat rag at the gym. Although anything I'm drying myself off with or will be wiping equipment down with will be going throw the washing machine.

They stay cool a long time. When they warm up, give them a little shake and put them back on. Cold again. They wash well. I air dried mine, but think they could be dried quick on low. I was very surprised at how well they work.
