Q: People who got size L, the hole is too big too?

The hole is, in my opinion, adequate. I ordered medium size. Am rather endowed but had no problem with the size or fit. Like the fact (since I am left handed) that the aperture used for relieving oneself is not “right hand biased.”

Q: Does the ball pouch keep the boys separate from your thighs? Any other Separatec briefs do it better? I'm average size.

Although (pardon the pun) I've only been wearing them briefly, I would say yes. Things are definitely better organized and seem to stay put, cool, and comfortable.

Q: Size 36 in jeans, do these run small? wondering if a l or xl be better for the “pouch”

I am a 36 in jeans a large will fit just great if you get an extra large the elastic will be to loose

Q: Do these constantly rub on your twig while you walk? tried another brand with a similar setup and unless sitting still causes perpetual "readiness"

I'm 58 yrs old, so I don't raise the flag pole everytime the wind blows anymore. I can say they are very comfortable. I will not wear any other type/brand of underwear now. The thought has crossed my mind however, if I could have comfortably wear these back in the day, when my unit had a "readiness" mind of it's own. There is plenty of room for expansion...meaning they are much less binding compared to conventional briefs. I can only speak for myself, but I have not noticed any rubbing resulting in a stimulated surprise in an inopportune moment. I would definitely give them a try. It would be interesting to read your personal review specific to your concern. I'm betting you'll be okay.

Great under wear… holds my junk very well… thought the pouch was going to be to small at first but it is actually very stretchy to hold bigger packages ..can’t suggest these enough
