The author gives you enough but tries to get you to subscribe to his webinars that one must pay for. Still, this is a great read that has helped our organization.`

I often think of myself as a match-maker for church attenders and ministry opportunities. This book gave me more suggestions for how to do that in a practical way. Pastor Searcy understands that unless people get involved, they won't stay for long. Great book for connecting volunteers as the title indicates! He hit a home run with this one.

This book presents lots of good information for church leaders on ways to meet the needs of the church and the church member (or attendee) and get them involved.

As a children's church team leader, I appreciated the well-thought out and clearly conveyed ideas in this book. A great starting point if your church could improve its volunteer/serving "system."
