**Q: If there’s no handling of stool, how is it tested?**
A: The test is performed by dropping one of the pads into the toilet while the stool is in the bowl. 

If the pad has a blue/green color change, you are positive for fecal occult blood. Very simple test!

**Q: Are the pads (and package) biodegradable?**
A: The test tissues are made of paper and biodegradable. 

The outer packaging, instructions for use and results card are also made of paper.

**The test tissue pouch and positive control packet are NOT.**
