love using it
Tried out the gimbal on a weekend shoot with my DSLR, and it made capturing smooth, professional-looking footage much easier than expected. It kept the camera steady over uneven ground and during fast-moving shots, while the 4.0 AI tracking reliably locked onto subjects and kept them in frame without constant adjustment. The integrated rear handle is comfortable to hold for extended periods, and the button control panel makes switching modes or adjusting settings quick and simple. Native vertical shooting is great for social media content, and it handles a surprisingly heavy payload without wobbling. Setup was straightforward, with intuitive calibration, and it instantly improved the quality of both landscape and action shots. Using it has opened up a lot of creative possibilities, letting me experiment with angles and movements I wouldn’t have attempted before.

Take time to set it up...
It took several goes to get the process of setting up the mounting and balance right but it is important otherwise the motors and the battery is working harder to keep things set up.The help videos were OK but personally I work much better from clear images and instructions and the enclosed were not; (minus one star).Once the central balance is set, changing a lens should only require minimal adjustment of one axis, and the use of markers helps as you can take note of the balance point for each focal length. Internal zooming lenses that don't extend the barrel will be easier to use in this respect.Movement seems well damped when walking around on fairly even ground and a stairway. I've yet to test it on uneven terrain or where the set up is being affected by wind. (One of my intended uses is outside filming on foreshore locations at low level). It set up with the phone app OK but this is of limited use to me as I've got enough to hold without trying to use a smartphone as well and it's a recipe for something getting dropped. The only handling issue is the proximity of the holding \ control handle to the gimbal assembly itself. I did find my fingers brushing against the gimbal in some positions. Longer lenses, requiring the camera to be set back more, may be an issue here. Users with small hands may find one-handed support and operation of the gimbal controls a little awkward.

Great gimbal
Excellent little gimbal, works really well. Doesn't have the removable controller of the more premium gimbals, but still works great attached. Here your camera can easily attach, and it is so simple to set up. You can be shooting in under 10 minutes from getting this at your door.using it to track moving subject, for example a skateboard, this works superbly. Holding it off a bike, tracking a skateboard worked really well. Running with it also results in super stable footage. Try as you might, you seem to always end up with rock solid stabilised footage using this.Build quality oil excellent, really feels premium. Attachments and accessories are plenty, and a 1/4 inch extension port too. Is small enough to be portable, but is not super small. For its size though, it does a great job. Motors are all powerful and it isn't easy to knock it off its balancing forcefully.Overall, very happy and very impressed with it. Will be using it a lot more going forward, and expect it to be part of my kit for a long time.

Missing Cables
Does not work with CANON EOS 5DSr camera, as stated, when purchased, still waiting for them to resolve the issue by supplying correct cable, to link the camera and the gimbal. Sometimes has passed. Looks as if the company is not interested in this problem.

Steady hands for professional shots
This gimbal is a fine piece of engineering for anyone serious about photography or videography. Its three-axis stabilization offers a reassuringly smooth experience, whether maneuvering a DSLR or a mirrorless camera. The integrated rear handle and well-placed button panel make operation intuitive, allowing one to focus on composition rather than wrestling with the equipment. The build feels solid and balanced, capable of supporting heavier setups up to 3.5kg without any wobble.I found the AI tracking particularly useful, allowing the subject to remain in frame effortlessly. The option for native vertical shooting is a clever addition for social media content or portrait work. For those who wish to elevate their filming without fuss, this gimbal provides both stability and versatility. It is a dependable companion for travel, professional shoots, or simply capturing moments with precision and grace.

Designed for Sony not Canon DSLR
I bought this to use with my Canon 80D DSLR. Although the Canon will fit some of the functions are not available to Canon users. It’s a nicely engineered piece of kit. I’m sure if I had a Sony camera I would still have this gimbal. For me the biggest dislike was the method of attaching the camera to the gimbal. It had to be done with an Allen key ( supplied ) hence the balancing process had to be repeated every time the camera is taken off and put back on. There are markers to help with this though. The problem is with the mounting plate which is attached to the camera. I found this to be a faff and decided to return the gimbal. On the positive side. As I said it’s a nicely engineered piece of kit. There are plenty of on line help videos for the setting up process Both OEM sponsored and “user” review/tutorials. Would I recommend this product? Not for Canon DSLR and similar users.

First Class Piece of Kit
Great accessory at a great price. The company has several beginners tutorials on YouTube which are very worthwhile. I love it.

Good but...
Good but the battery life could be better for longer shoots.
