This is my 2nd pair, first pair lastest 3 months before the left ear failed to power on.2nd pair got to about 6 weeks, this time the right ear is failing to power on. Amazon don't make it easy to return items after 30 days even if the item is faulty. I tried 3-4 times and gave up, wife tried and managed but to get a return,but not classed as faulty so did. It get full refund....not sure how the 2nd pair return will go!!!On the positive side, they work well with Garmin vivoactive 3 music, whilst out running, don't like to take the phone. Many other ear hooks don't seem to sync correctly. they are comfortable and easy to use. Sound quality is suitable for the purpose I need them for....I'm running and so not bothered about deep base, noise range and all that other pompous staff you read on here. Besides they are £25 what are you expecting. Would recommend whilst they work......

Really impressed with these earphones!! I initially ordered a pair and one of the pair was broken however I reached out to the company and they responded so fast and replaced with a new pair straightaway and it was a great customer experience!! This new pair have worked perfectly and are great quality and perfect for running as well! Really impressed!!

Total love the fact they go over the ears. I find that ear bud headphones would make my ears sore and they kept falling out but not these. Great for sport or exercise and when on the move.

I got those because I’m jumping rope my Appel one was constantly moving and battery life last only 40 minutes so after looking at reviews I ordered them and ,omg to my surprise battery life is amazing , the look amazing and the staying in place I really didn’t expect this especially as price is so little if u think to get those just do it the really good

The headphones turn off when the charging case electrical contacts connect with the headphones, which started constantly connecting/disconnecting within 1 month. Now, I have to hope that when I put the headphones into the charging case that they'll connect for any moment between uses and charge more than I use them. The contacts become damaged over time, both on the charging case and on the headphones.It's now pure luck whether these will charge for the next time I want to use them.
