Double Main Compartment Backpack, Black, One Size

I purchased this backpack as a gift for my mother to use when she was traveling. She wanted a backpack to use as her personal item on an airplane. After looking at several different backpacks, I chose this one and I am very happy that I did! I really liked that it had several different large compartments as well as several zippered pockets on the front. This makes it perfect for traveling for her because she can fit a set of clothes, shoes and her purse in one compartment, and several books and snacks in another compartment. She can also keep her toiletries and her boarding pass in the pockets on the front. The compartments are nice so that everything is separate and she doesn't have to dig all around in one big bag. It also has a mesh pocket on the side, which is perfect for keeping her water easily accessible! I wasn't sure about the purple color, but it is very pretty and not super bright. After traveling with it on two flights, she is very happy with this bag. It easily fit under the seat in front of her and she was able to easily get to the items that she needed. She felt that it was sturdy and held everything she needed it to. The zippers on this backpack are nice and wide, making it easy to zip up the pockets, which I think is another nice feature. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. The price was very reasonable and it met all of my expectations. If I am in the market for another backpack in the future, I would definitely purchase another one of these!

This is the first backpack that has been very durable and holds a good amount of my things that I use at work. I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone looking for a durable backpack.

I bought this backpack as a medium size pack for day hiking. It works well for that particular activity.Plenty of room for small camera, extra pair of shorts/shirt/light jacket. Material is great. The only problem I had was with the zippers for the bigger compartments. There is a flap/hood that covers the zipper area. Thus, as a person attempts to open or close the zipper, this hood/flap gets in the way. I finally ended up folding this material back before engaging the ziper

Remember when ALL backpacks used to be around 18 inches high? well, now most of them are doll size. since I'm out of preschool, and needed a bag for a laptop & other stuff, this did the job surprisingly well. have 3 of these now in various colors for various reasons. won't get any other brand... at least until this brand makes the mistake of making them toddler size too.

Not the best I have owned. I got this for my trip. I had the idea the main compartment would have more room than it does. Not a good book bag for a carry on personal item unless all you've got with you is a small lap tip and a few books. This is more of a school bookbag for the average k through 5th grader. Maybe light day hiking. Don't pack too heavy.

I bought this as a day pack for traveling, but it's really a full-sized backpack. I'm still keeping it because of the high quality of construction and the heaviness of the fabric. Unlike some lightweight nylon packs that fold up into a zippered compartment, this has a padded back and thick, textured fabric. Heavy duty zippers, too, doubled in case one fails. Nice roomy compartments. Another thing I liked about this pack (and why I returned another one) is that there's no decorative cording on the carrying straps to chafe against my arms. These straps are nicely padded. Beautiful color, too -- just as shown in the picture.

My son lives this back pack, because of the color and cool front pockets. However the duel pockets at the top are confusing for him. He never remembers which one he put his binder in, opens both, and usually walks around with them both unzipped. Most disappointing is the fact that the thin mesh of the water bottle holder ripped almost instantly. He now uses a caribeaner clip hanging off the strap to carry his water bottle where is lives, banging against his thighs as he runs off to catch the bus… I would not purchase from this company again. My daughter has a pottery barn backpack, which is much better quality and designed for kids. My kids are 1st and 2nd grade.

I bought the same backpack in a different color seven years ago and have used it a lot and it’s held up well and is still like new. I gave it to my daughter and ordered another one for myself. I’m a true believer in this product, it’s crazy to spend more money on top brands.

Great back pack for the price. Not too large but still has plenty of room and enough compartments and pockets to stay organized.

I used this for a few months as my every day bag for going to and from work, and weekend travel. I enjoyed the number of pockets for organization. The inner liner between large pockets felt quite thin though, and I have no doubt it would tear if anything sharp was to scrape against it. The bag isn't fully waterproof, and the bottom will not fully prevent water from getting in if it's put down in a puddle or in very wet ground. However it was resilient, and nothing got wet or dirty inside during the rainy fall and wet winter that I used it during.I didn't like the fact that the bottom isn't very flat, leading it to roll backwards like a turtle onto the outer pockets when full and put on the ground. The zippers of the back pockets got very clogged with salt and dirt because of this, so it ended up being washed and put away until the snow is gone.Am I happy with it? Yes. It seems durable enough for my needs. It's comfortable and does what I need it to in the end.

Overall as expected, one area could be improved upon was the side pocket, it holds a 250ml bottle just fine, but it would be nicer if it was big enough a 500ml bottle instead, something could be considered in the future design.
