Much loved gift!
Was told very cool. Works well & great features. Appears well made. Was shipped in product box, address label very sticky & so hard to remove. Keep this in mind if bought as a gift. Recommended, thanks x

Expensive, not waterproof, but a sale and fed up with Fodsports
These are stupidly expensive and lack waterproofing that one requires in Wales.However, with my sons and their friends all buying motorcycles this year and wanting top brand mesh facilities, it was a case of which unit came on the best deal.I have had Cardo before (which are waterproof) and usually cheaper like for like, but whether Amazon made a mistake on this dual pack or it was some sort of offer, we couldn't turn down buying 4 of these.So far, they work very well, just worried about the rain.Note, our units did not come with Radio FM (not fussed) and the voice command never worked, nor did the 30k app. None of us could get the application to function and i have read in one forum, Sena had to change the chip set due to covid supply chain issues with the result the FM Radio wouldn't work (and perhaps this is why the 30k app fails too.Even with the reduced price we paid, this is unacceptable for Sena's top product, but we will live with it.

Headset
This is a great piece of kit .we are a group of 8 riders now and all have sena headsets . It works perfectly i short distances to communicate with each other and great for riders safety to warn of dangers on the ride out . But not great on any kind of distances

Wow! Worked great. Easy setup, clear communication.
We were not sure which com to get when planning our motorcycle camping trip... I was worried about the Sena and previous complaints of wind noise... NOT an issue with the 30K. My buddy and I had great clear communication with these. Note: you will get wind noise if you visor is up at 65+ mph... But at normal speeds, visor down, no issues. Also - I ride with a guy that has a 20s and his com has constant wind noise, and he has to mute while riding. Also - My buddy picked up an old Sena MSH10 for his wife while she rides. It connected perfectly to his 30K via direct Bluetooth, and we were all (all 3 of us: 2 30k's and the 1 SMH10) able to communicate.... NOTE: the SMH10 has sooooooo much wind noise. (need to mute it when not talking.) Hope this helps...

Excellent produit!
Nous avons pu expérimenter ces intercom durant nos dix jours de vacances à moto. Le son est excellent même sur autoroute et la batterie permet plusieurs jours d'utilisation avant de passer en niveau "medium". Nous verrons à l'usage, mais le produit correspond parfaitement à nos attentes.
