The product is decent. However, when I received it, I was missing a couple of parts to put it together. I was told to contact the company. To this day, I still have not heard back from them. I did request another one through Amazon. The second one came in just fine.

It's cheap and was just going to use it to help accurately locate some underground wires that I KNOW are no more than 6" under the surface.... And 4/0 gauge to boot. Should have beeped like crazy, but not a sound. No notice that it was overloaded signal either. If it's not sitting right in the surface, this thing is gonna pass right by it without a blipEDIT: after reading my review the seller offered a full refund. So while the product may not have worked, it's possible it was just a defective unit, and it is outstanding that the company stood behind it.

Instructions were followed assembling the Metal Detector and it never worked. It did light up but that was all. I purchased this for my grandson. Very disappointed

Pretty easy to use. Good value for a starter detector. My grandson loves it! It keeps him busy and he already found a bunch of metal things in the yard.

Main downside is that it gets you excited that you found a treasure and it rarely is a treasure as it beeps very easily. I like that it separates what it is detecting identified by different beeps and by highlighting the different circles on the screen. Battery lasts forever, you can keep it assembled or disassemble for easier transportation and storage. Its well priced for its uses and all the entertainment hours. 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this item.

Grandkids are always wanting to go looking for treasure, so while their Granddad is fossicking with hes detector, they are happily looking for their treasures. Easy enough to put together and hopefully keeps them busy.

This was a pleasant surprise because this detector exceeded my expectations. It looked exactly like the pictures and immediately operated as it was suggested. It's not complicated to use and might even be too easy for some users.That being said you can select what you're looking for and this detector will definitely find it. It's fun to use and hours will just go by as you look for your secret buried treasure. A fantastic unit for beginners and a good way to start a new hobby! Very highly recommended!

It’s ok, not amazing but not awful, price was a bit on the expensive side but I kept regardless.

Got this for my son's 12th Birthday. He loves it. It is very easy to put together and easy enough to use. Does take some adjustmenting to get the angle right but thats easy enough. Although light after a while my son does find it heavy to use but think that is also down to getting the adjustments just right. His first time out on a beach he found some bits of flat metal encased on concrete, a wooden ship washer and a victorian penny from 1862, which are all now prized possessions 😊.All in all a good, fun bit of kit.

I could not assemble this product as the washers and connector were missing, so it was returned. Very disappointing as it was meant as a present. Following this review I was contacted by a lady in Tilswall who was more than helpful. Not only did she apologise for the error but she sent me a replacement item free of charge. When I received the replacement I encountered the same problem as I could not find the washers, only to discover they were under the bolts, so this was my error. Having discovered this I offered to pay for the item. Tilswall would not let me do this and let me have the item as a gesture of goodwill. I am highly delighted with both the product and the service and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I bought this detector to find a lost ring on my daughters property in Cornwall.I searched about 2.5 acres of rough fields, but although I had a number of detections I failed to find any rings.The problem was that the fields were very rough grass which had matted like a thatch which was verydifficult to separate, and I concluded that I needed a more sophisticated detector.It would be a good detector for beach searches in my opinion.

This metal detector is a great find! We bought this for our son for his birthday. It is a great metal detector and he enjoys! It is height adjustable which is great for a growing boy.The Instructions for use are clear. The metal detector has a clear display and my son can easily see when he has found something and also what type of metal it is. The detector has lots of settings and is very sensitive, really good fun!
