SparkFoam Medieval Foam Swords Series (King)

My husband carried this light weight foam sword around all day for an Aragorn cosplay— the “flame of the West” held up well and is easily recognizable. Photographs well.

I was really impressed with how shiny this looked, straight out of the (huge) box! I wasn't expecting it to be quite as majestic as it was, but aside from a slight wobbly 1.5" spot along one edge (not noticed by anyone else but us), this thing was beautiful and looked like an actual sword. Against his better judgment, right after our medieval themed wedding, our family relieved him of his real sword and gave him this one. He looked mildly confused for a minute, until he saw the onslaught of our family and friends coming at us with a variety of their own weaponry (all plastic/foam/cloth/rubber) for an epic wedding memory to remember! His sword bent like crazy at one point (the sword on the left), but didn't break or show much wear at all, despite taking & administering several blows. This was definitely worth the money!

The blade itself is very thin and the edges are sharp. The foam is very stiff and hard so for larping purposes, it'll probably sting. The hilt and handle weren't glued very well and are practically hanging on. The sword itself seems very sturdy tho and overall looks really nice so if all else fails it will at least make good decor

Looks just like the movie version. Love it and it is sturdy. No bends or issues. A great replica and you can actually swing it around!

A very decent well handled foam sword. Excellent for cosplay use at conventions!
