3Pcs Mermaid Tail for Baby Girls Swimming Mermaid Bathing Suits Swimsuit Bikini Set 3-12 Years

Purchased size 150 (10-11 years) thinking it would fit my 8 year old who wears size 12. NOPE! Way too tight. Fortunately, it does fit my 6 year old who wears size 6.Quality is what I expected for the price. I don’t expect it to last long, but it was super cheap so as long as it brings my kid some joy and sparks her imagination, no worries there. She has worn the swim suit top and bottom in the pool a couple times and wears the tail when we go to the splash park. So far so good, but I don’t expect it to last more than a year with consistent use.The top is a thick stretchy fabric and seems to be significantly more durable than the bottoms and tail. The top may last a few seasons and we will just pair it with a different swim bottom once this one dies.The swim bottoms do not have much give... not like a normal swim suit at all, but it doesn’t bother my daughter.Tail also does not have much give... I do NOT think this will work well with a monofin... The metallic print will probably flake off in the pool anyway, so best to use it for play on land.Overall: if you are looking for a cheap costume for dress up/play, this is a great option! If you are looking for a durable swim outfit, this probably isn’t the one for you.

First of all, there were strings and thread hanging from the top, the second I took it out of the package. We leave for vacation tomorrow; so I was willing to overlook that; Considering the inexpensive price and my time limitations; I was I could have overlooked it . My true issue was apparent when I took the bottoms off of my daughter. The dye had stained her legs, thighs and buttocks. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!It’s a cute set but between being poorly made and then having dye come off on to her skin; I had to write a review in the hopes I save someone else the hassle of purchasing and having to return it. I’ll be contacting amazon for my return and refund immediately.

Adorable product well made and fits as expected

Delivery was surprisingly quick. The outfit was beautiful with bold, bright colors. I ordered the next size up just to be sure they it wouldn’t be too small. The top fit perfectly. The tail was a little long. Of course my granddaughter had to pull it up above her knees to walk or run. The swimsuit bottoms were a bit tight especially around the legs. She has an athletic build. I was worried they would bother her but didn’t seem to. My granddaughter played in water with it on all day for her Little Mermaid birthday party and it has been washed. It is still bright and beautiful and no frays. I would have been happy if it just made it through the party. It did that and more. My granddaughter LOVED it. Definitely worth the money just to see her face when she opened the package.

Color washed out of the tail and bottoms after one wash:( it's such a bummer because it's such an absorbable swim suit and fit well but the green almost completely washed out after about 3 swims and one machine wash on "hand wash" setting.

I searched all over Amazon for a mermaid swimsuit for my daughter for her princess themed 4th birthday pool party and I ended up buying this one. It was adorable and a little more modest than the shell-looking ones I saw elsewhere. She swam in it and I didn’t see any color-rubbing-off issues that I saw some reviewers complain about. She just turned 4 and is 35 lbs and 41” tall and I ordered up, since that is what other reviewers suggested. I ordered a size 120 (5-6 years old) and it fit her well. I couldn’t be happier with this swimsuit, she loved wearing it.

I took other reviewers advice and ordered one size up which fit perfect. My daughter loved looking like a mermaid on the beach and we got lots of compliments. I noticed some black from the inside rubbed off on the skin and on a raft but it didn’t affect the appearance of the swimsuit.

Bought for 5 yo's pirate/mermaid production. Needed to be dance friendly. Ordered a size up hoping it would be roomier. It was mainly just longer. Far too snug around the lower legs/ankles to make running around/dancing possible and length was bunching up on the ground. The tail fabric however has a nice shimmery green scales design, very effective. Got the scissors out and cut the bottom of skirt off so it came to daughters mid-calf, cut slits along the seams on both sides so she can move freely, then cut a fish tail into the bottom. Now daughter can run around in it comfortably and it looks the business too. Not sure we'll use the top as daughter wasn't too keen on it. The scaly underpants will get tossed into the dress up box. So not perfect, but with a bit of home tailoring it's made the foundation of a good mermaid costume for her upcoming play.

When my 6 yr old requested a real mermaid tail for her birthday, I had no idea what to do! Amazon saved the day, I had no idea you could purchase these costumes. I decided this one was the closest likeness to the little mermaid. My daughter loved it, it fits beautifully and she keeps wearing it in the bath! Thank you for a great priced quality product that made one little girl very happy!

Arrived quickly and my lg absolutely loves it! She is 2yrs and with advice from other reviews I ordered age 5 which fits her perfectly with a little room to grow, would definitely recommend people to buy 2-3 sizes bigger as the sizing is small. Tail is long but being rolled up it's fine. Bought for holiday so not used it in water yet but my lg loves sitting watching the little mermaid in it on the sofa!!!

Amazing little costume for any little girl who loves mermaids! It's actually a swimming costume, but my 4 year old daughter wears it at home, just because she likes to dress up as a mermaid. THe fabric is very bright, smooth and durable, soft for little kid's skin. Very pleased with the purchase!

I measured my daughter and it should of been perfect... add 5cm all round and it should be fine. It left marks round her chest and arms.Overall good value for money and pretty. Daughter was delighted 😊
