Your gonna use upper body more, if the mounting is not high enough
Worked great. Make sure if you can, to have it attached higher on whatever mount u use. Stable. Fit well. Worth the money in a pinch.

So far seems to be a Good Kit
The buckle is beefy and seems like quality, I like the neoprene covered waist strap, and the tether seems good, I like that it’s covered to protect it a bit.

Works great!!!
I wanted this for training for open water swims. Allows me to just continually swim (without turns at each end of the pool). This is a quality product that feels very comfortable and allows me to swim in place. Would be great for someone vacationing with only access to small hotel pool and allow for longer training swims.

For even the most serious swimmer.
Outperformed my expectations by 10x. I am a life long lap swimmer who put in a backyard pool, yet headed to the Y for my swims. Ordered this belt on a whim and would estimate I now get a full 90% of a work out. Six to eight sets of forty hard strokes and it's a genuine swim. This is my second summer with belt and it's good as new. And no more Y trips (or costs).

Good for a workout
Just tested this belt and resistance band in my pool this evening. Provided good resistance so I could find a comfortable level of effort. Belt seemed comfortable. Depending on the size of your pool the 4 meter band maybe a little long once it is fully stretched out, but I needed something longer than the two meter options because I was anchoring about a meter and a half beyond the edge of my pool.

Wish I had purchased this sooner! Great way to get a good workout when you are in a smaller pool. Just be sure to tether it up high (mine is on my pool cage) so it doesn’t interfere with your kick. GREAT PRODUCT!
