Needs 2 ppl to put it on gets very dirty quickly. Too sticky so sticks together when trying to put it on. Had to throw 4 away. Hurts to take off. Had to use pumiced stone and still not all gone

Like many women who've reviewed this product, I've been tearing my hair out trying to find something that sticks my stupid HRT patch down for 5 mins, let alone the required 7 days. So far, its been on for 4 days and counting using these adhesive patches. As you're not supposed to cover the whole of the HRT patch, I've cut these in half and removed the centre cotton pad. I then use the halves to carefully stick down the edges of my HRT patch all the way round. I'm so relieved, as the patches are like gold dust these days and i can't afford to lose any more! Not sure how they'll perform on holiday when I plan to be swimming every day, but its a start. Thoroughly recommended!
