Save your money. You can’t even use the product due to the fact that the adhesive doesn’t stick to your skin. Even the slightest movement and it comes off. Can’t tell if the heating actually works because you can’t keep it on. Isn’t worth a dollar.

This is easy to use and once applied it does a great job staying in place.

It was a decent item

I love using heat packs like this for my eyes, so I was interested to try these neck and shoulder wraps. They’re similar to the steam eye masks: they take some time to warm up and are single-use. While it’s a good idea, the execution was a bit off. There is only adhesive to stick it to your skin on the two ends, so it doesn’t stick very well. I actually found it very challenging to put on because I had to stretch to put it on, and when I put my arms back to normal it sat differently and didn’t hug my skin very closely. It took about 20 minutes to warm up all the way, but it didn’t last nearly the full eight hours advertised. It started to fade after 2-3 hours and was mostly cooled off after 4 hours. It’s a pleasant heat, but I don’t think it gets hot enough to treat the kind of tension intended. A good idea, just needs some work on execution.

These are just ok. I won't be buying them again though. I will go for a different brand since they don't stick. I put the first one on & on one end there is literally NO adhesive so I had to get some medical tape & put on it to get it to stay on my skin. I bought 2 boxes of them & I'm considering sending the unopened box back.

These single use heat wraps are amazing when you are experiencing pain and still have to run errands or go to work. These are this and discrete. Most importantly they are odorless and do provide heat therapy for 8 hours. The instructions are easy to follow. Additionally, the adhesive is strong enough to hold but painless to remove. The key is to use it on dry, clean skin. As a person with chronic pain having a large odorless heat wrap is a must.

There is no adhesive to these. They stick.to.nothing. absolutely useless
