Mobotron MS-526SS Heavy-Duty Laptop Mount with Screen Stabilizers

love it!!! Easy to assemble, installed in less than an hour. Just take your time and don't force anything. Installed on 2022 GMC 2500. I have my gaming laptop mounted on it so it has some weight on it and it shakes very little going down the road. The screen holder is a little much for my style since the screen is usually in the down position while driving but they do work if that is your thing. definitely would recommend if you don't want to spend $300+ on a RAM mount.

Got this for my boyfriend who is a traveling nurse. He loves it, and shows it off whenever he can. It’s a sturdy appliance and he doesn’t have to worry about his laptop flying off when he drives.He did break off part of a clamp, which I addressed with the seller and they promptly sent another - very quick and helpful to respond. Would definitely buy again.

Seems like a solidly built piece of equipment. Will not be installing it in my truck. The plates that they ship to use the seat bolt, wont work because of how the plate that bolts to the floor is built. The bolt, rests inside of a cup. Cup is too narrow for the factory mounts (which BTW look like they could take a serious beating).I know there is a special mount that can be purchased separately. The 6 bolt/screw mount. That's not happening either. Impossible to tell where all the wires and such are, without completely removing the carpet first. Sure I can feel them, but I'm not risking hitting something else.Not sure if I'm going to keep it or return it. Haven't given up, but maybe this helps someone else.

Product arrived with all the parts to attach the platform to the tube missing, making it impossible to use. It also would be very intrusive for anybody in the passenger seat.

I had this holding my tablet. In less then 6 months the bracket broke on the mounting bracket. Very disappointed.

I had to modify the seat post bracket with a cut-off tool, but even after being weakened a little by that, it's so thick and sturdy that it has shown no signs of breaking off. I also had to buy a new nut to screw it down, since that bracket is so thick.I LOVE this thing. I can remove it for passengers in seconds. It bounces a little, sure. But that video-tripod style long handle for the tray tilt sticks out just right for me to be able to sturdy it if I keep my right hand on my gear shift. That will not be the same for everyone, of course. You might think about the stabilization bar, if this worries you. It might bounce 1-2cm, tops. Heck, maybe a cheap piece of PVC could do the same to stabilize it. It really isn't much.Laptop goes in and comes out fast, too. I also like all of the adjustment bars, not only for adjustment, but for giving me more places to tie cables off neatly.

So far, so good, I've only used this for one day. Seems to be a really good buy. I will update if anything changes. I'd buy this again.NOTE: it does come with extra screws. Found that out panicking b/c I thought I'd have to buy extra parts. The seat bolt's washer is attached to the bolt it self. You need to use the one from the package.
