Creaking and technical team not helpful
Item was put together poorly and is creaking. Unable to get someone to come out to fix it despite the warranty. Poor customer service.

Best Companion one must have.
I could finally have this one fixed at my home. Installation was a big deal. Better to be fixed by technician. Powermax team provided quick support after product delivery. I have tried using the product for a week. It's good. I feel I am recharged. Resistance levels are not upto my expectations. May be i needed to use it more to get used to it..Anyways, thank you PowerMax for the product and support.
